We originally bought a property that was on the market with Wards. The purchasing experience was so good, when we then went onto selling our other property we went with Wards. I was selling my house in Chesterfield while being abroad at the time. Annette and her team at Wards were very professional, helpful and very active. They were always there when I needed them and nothing was ever too much trouble. We communicated via e-mail and Whatsapp and everything was always resolved promptly and efficiently. The sale and the completion was finished very quickly. They are definitely number one in Chesterfield and I recommend them to anyone selling the property within that area. I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, for selling, buying and renting - including ones in Chesterfield - and the team at Wards rank #1 for me. We have just used them to sell our property and they were a great blend of being professional, highly proactive and friendly. When viewings dropped a bit they came forward with multiple ideas, and once we had a buyer they were great in keeping us informed. Definitely value for money and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. I haven't used them as a buyer but I highly suspect they would be exactly the same with buyers
