Staves is a top tier estate agent, their knowledge of the market in the areas in which they operate is second to none. My main contact at Staves was Ben Willis. What can you say about Ben? Well, if I was setting up as an estate agent in Sheffield the first thing I would do is hire Ben, the second thing I would do would be to put him in charge. It is refreshing to encounter an individual who is so on top of their brief. Ben must be dealing with dozens of contracts at any one time yet you get the impression that you are the only client he is working with. You do not need to chase this agent for information

During a pandemic, it was good to have Staves working for us and co-ordinating the potential buyers and informing us of who, what were and when. They helped us sell our house fairly quickly and achieve a good price. Ben our main liaison person was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept us on track. Would recommend the company as they have alot of local knowledge and gave good support.

I recently sold my property and bought another for a new home. I was extremely disappointed with the whole idea of conveyancing during the sale of my property... And then I had to deal with Staves Estate Agent.... Ben Willis... Who were acting for my vendor. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone in need of an estate agent. I am no lover of estate agents after having some very bad experiences over the past 15 years but I just have to say that Matt & his team at Staves are the exception. Matthew's listing was excellent which definitely helped with selling the property that would probably be considered an acquired taste for most.
