Sam, Adam, Rik and the rest of the team were exceedingly helpful when selling our house. The photos that Rik took really showed the house off to its best, which meant that we had lots of interest that translated into offers. Sam helped us through every set of the way and really helped us get the sale over the line. A lovely bunch of people who care about their sellers. The fixed rate fee was really competitive too. I would definitely use them again, if I was selling another house.

Contacted regarding a viewing of a property. The lady was barely responding, could not answer questions and was far from professional. Will definitely be taking business elsewhere. Definitely a terrible first impression.
Response to the owner: Of course there is no mention of myself. The lady was unwilling to engage in any discussion regarding the property, even when I asked for potential later contact with myself as we were at the time, unable to have a in-person viewing and were asking for possibly more info. I think the fact that my details are not on the system highlights just how well that

Adam and Sam were so helpful in dealing with the sale of a flat which had a lot of complications due to government legislation. They were reassuring, quick to respond and gave me all of the information required to make decisions in my own time.

Extremely shady and unprofessional. Similar to what they’ve clearly done to many others, they asked for a tenant offer form completed from me, I called a week later to get a status update (I had other options) and was told the landlord is still deciding and is waiting for more forms to come in. Fair enough. A week later I drove past and it was let.. What a shambles of a business. I say this because after speaking to people, they do this a lot. Sheffield is a small place and word gets around quick, I’m not quite sure how you guys plan to carry on operating like this. Get it together and learn

Not particularly friendly on the phone, put an offer in on a property, then property was removed from market without so much as a phone call to let us know what was happening. Only operate inside standard 9-5 mon-fri office hours, it's as if people don't buy/look at houses on a weekend when most people aren't working. Purple bricks are miles better.

My partner and I saw a letting we loved, and after calling as soon as it went online, and calling and speaking again multiple times for over a week we were not even able to get an indication of when we could view the property.
Finally we got told the first round of viewings had been held in high demand and the property let out. We understand it's busy but why did we keep getting strung along like this, with no information, despite calling at such an early stage?

I've been renting a property through archers now for about 7 months (I thought I'd wait a few months before writing a review, so I could give a fair overview!). I have to say, the whole process - from initial viewing - through to date, has been exceptional. The application process was easy and dealt with very quickly - I was given a decision within 3 days. Since moving in, there have been a couple of issues with the boiler, but these have been dealt with super quick. All the staff that I've spoken to/met have been really friendly and helpful. An extra thanks to Jess who has been absolutely brill
