From first contact to last, Rebecca on the front desk along with they guy who thought I was his mate phoning (answered 'alright buddy' as thought he recognized number)not to mention the gent who helped me understand valuations of my car.
**To the owner of the company you have a 1st class staff as far as I can see who went a step ahead of whatever I asked and even on leaving offered 'anything else I can help with just call'. Very rare to get such caring staff at the same time as being pretty s*&t hot at what they do**

Where to start….
Car was picked up and sent to Dentec on the Monday received a call to advise they had no courtesy cars available and that is would most likely be Wednesday before I got one and someone would call to arrange. No callback on Wednesday called the garage to be told still no cars available and now be Thursday but someone will call before closing. No call before closing and no car Thursday, called again and advised the same thing. At this point I called my insurance company to advise the garage a courtesy car was required. Was told Friday but yet again no car and only a call to quote

I am always wary about writing reviews but in Dentec’s case I’ll make an exception.
From Stephanie, the receptionist through to Billy the owner I was singularly impressed with their curtious and professional attitude.
Greg, the estimator and John the paint specialist couldn’t do enough for me.
Not only, but also, Billy instructed his Master technician to fully update the computer system in my S 350 at no extra cost - not many repair shops would do that!
I cannot recommend Dentec highly for their professionalism and courtesy and I intend being a repeat customer in the future, if the need

Called this garage this morning and they seen me within half an hour, sourced the parts for it and I was out of the garage with a repaired car in under an hour. Cannot express how happy I was at the service, super fast, friendly, professional and quality repair.
This is the best service I've ever had from a garage in my life. Will 100% be taking my car back here for any future repairs.

The staff are a happy team a brilliant bunch when they explain the work they intend to do, we were told by 3 other companies the damage would be a write off, but their inspector said very easy job to fix, from dropping it off all questions asked and answered to getting the car back only 4 days, they even repaired 2 scratches not connected to the impact.

I could not recommend Dentec more highly. I am not an avid reviewer, but such has been the quality of service they provided I felt I must write a few words. From the first phone call, through to the return of my perfectly repaired (spotlessly clean!) vehicle, their service has been exemplary. At every point of contact I was left feeling that they really care about what they are doing. Their knowledgable, courteous and helpful manner has been a breath of fresh air! Thank you.
