Booked in for a four wheel alignment for the first time, very knowledgeable staff who gave me a full explanation of what was wrong and why, the car is handling much better now and I will definitely be back in the future. Very nice facility in a great location with friendly and courteous staff.

Whilst my car was only recovered into here today, it was decided that due to me living in Manchester and for any follow up, the insurance decided to repair on my doorstep down south. This company were totally professional and offered me refreshments whilst my insurance sorted matters out. They held on to the key until my car is picked up. If I… lived in Aberdeen I would not have hesitated to have them repair my car, as taking this extra time with people is everything, so imagine how much effort they would put into the repair.!! Absolutely fantastic customer service and the front desk a credit

I dropped my car there to replace the bumper due to a small scratch because only they are the approved land rover body shop in Aberdeen. They replaced the bumber and washed the car. But now i can see the scratches all over my car body due to their improper wash. They denied their mistake when I had a chat with them. I cannot speak with my insurer because this body shop was not in their list and I chose them myself due to the land rover approval. Anyway my request is to check your car body thoroughly if you are drop your car there for repairs
