Ruby's Bakery was founded by Wendy & Dave Sullivan who between them have over 60 years' experience within the food distribution and baking industry. The amazing cakes and teatime treat recipes are all devised and baked here within this family run business. In 2007 Ruby's Bakery was established to satisfy a growing demand for traditional and contemporary high quality products.

Absolutely fantastic cakes and biscuits. So so yummy. Not too sweet but ever so tasty. You can tell that it's all made with quality ingredients. I'm the son of a baker and know quality when I see and eat it! Would highly recommend

Tried a christmas viennese at christmas which was nice,made enquiries with ruby bakery where i can purchase some was told to contact faraway someone in leeds but they dont sell to public would have been nice where to get some more as its difficult to buy your products.

We always use Ruby's for our School events and their cakes are always to first to sell out! They are yummy and beautifully decorated, and so really appealing to parents and kids. Ruby's always offer a great, friendly, 5 star service. Highly recommend!

I have tried almost every cake produced by Ruby’s Bakery, and all have been delicious. My top 3 are Eccles, Date Walnut & Toffee and Viennese Whirl (Vegan). One of life’s pleasures is a Ruby’s cake and a cup of tea.

Love Ruby’s Baker cakes there rich n consistently tasty Some of the best I’ve ever had. And there muffins a great my friend bought some for my birthday and there went fast :) Highly recommend them :)
