We were recommended Paul by a friend and his price was lower than others, but not the lowest.
The survey was carried out in reasonable time and the report was available shortly after the survey date.
It pointed out a few things we already noticed, such as windows requiring replacement.
Sadly it didn't point out a lot of issues, since moving in we've found that a lintel needs replacing at the front of the house, something that was evident the day I moved in. two large cracks in the inside wall above the window and obvious signs of movement outside after taking a closer look.

Having been contacted by a fair few surveyors after running a search, it wasn't easy filtering the good from the bad.
I did a little research on Paul Jackson and read some positive reviews. He was competitive on pricing and had availability within short period.
On arrival, he was very friendly and polite. He got a little background on the property from myself and then cracked on with his inspection.
