Services
Our service includes a thorough, in-depth inspection of the property and a detailed report which includes photographs and advises remedial actions to the issues identified. Report, they usally stipulate a Chartered Building Surveyor and not any other type of Chartered Surveyor. We are Chartered Building Surveyors, so we are qualified to provide inspection reports to mortgage companies, banks, building societies and insurance companies.
The survey will be carried out by a Chartered Building Surveyor (either MRICS or FRICS). Both of our surveyors have at least thirty years of building industry technical knowledge. We are RICS Regulated Chartered Building Surveyors who have in-depth technical knowledge, defect diagnosis and building pathology experience.
There are lots of surveyors offering surveys and it can be confusing for house buyers who only buy a house on average, once every ten years. So where do you start when trying to choose the company to carry out your survey? Firstly, our advice is to not use the bank or building society to carry out any form of survey other than the valuation.

I am very glad I used Midland Property Surveys. It did cross my mind not to get a survey as the house I was buying had been refurbished and looked in 'move in' condition. I decided to get a survey to be safe however, and commissioned Midland Property Surveys based on the excellent reviews and initial helpful phone call with Zoe.

I used this surveyor for a house in South Birmingham. Zoe was very approachable and friendly.
I was very impressed with Warren's responsiveness to emails and we had a long chat about a property that he highlighted to have had a lot of problems so we did not continue with the purchase.

Warren and Zoe provide excellent customer service. The communication is excellent. Warren was flexible on booking in the survey as we were having a few issues with our vendor. When he could get in he performed the survey in great detail and provided pictures. He also called me the same day and explained everything to me. We had some follow up issues with our vendor which Warren was able to advise us. So excellent after care aswell.

Excellent service provided by Warren and Zoe! Quick and clear communication from the begging! The survey made was thorough, showing all major and minor problems. It is obvious that Warren has great experience and understanding of his work! We had a long conversation with Warren, right after he was in the property, he sent us lots of photos and explained us in detail all issues. A couple of days later we received the report, again with lots of photos and detailed explanation and recommendations.
