Steve was my appointed surveyor in a difficult and contentious party wall dispute. In all my years of taking professional advice, Steve stands out head and shoulders above the rest. He is professional, articulate and clear in all his correspondence. He is incredibly responsive and I particularly valued his ability in explaining things clearly and using analogies to ensure I understood the point. Steve recently carried out a building survey on a property I'm buying. He made the process simple and easy.
The survey was carried out quickly and I received the report two working days after.
Very detailed and Steve was happy to answer a few questions for me.
Highly recommend and will use again if I ever put myself through the hell of buying a house!!
