Where it all begun. Evolve was the brain child of our Director, Ed Vokes, after he wanted to make a change in the hospitality industry and the way recruiting was done! Every year the Evolve team are taken somewhere amazing, and our Director, Ed, Awards the staff that have gone that extra mile. Our Conferences are the talk of the town nowadays, and have become quite famous.
We were Shortlisted for Best Temporary Agency, and our Director, Ed Vokes, was shortlisted for Recruitment Industry Entrepreneur of the Year. Evolve Hospitality has been named 'Best Company to Work For' and Evolve's Director, Ed Vokes, was awarded 'Business Leader of the Year' at the 2017 Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards.
For 2019 Evolve is delighted to be supporting Hospitality Action through a variety of activities; sponsored 10K runs, skydives and bike rides as well as other fundraising activites throughout the year. Hospitality Action was established in 1837 and has since offered vital assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK.
If successful in the application process, Front of House staff attend compulsory training in our Centre of Excellence. They are also assessed on their skills and knowledge of service, allergies and health and safety. Our staff are an extension of your brand. Staff will always be trained to the best standard to develop their skill set to meet client needs.

I have been working with Evolve Hospitality for 11 months now. During this time they have provided me with regular work according to my availabilities which i send in every week. The Events resources have been very nice and helpful to me Bridey, Gabriel, Julianna and Octavia. If you are looking for an agency to work for, this is the right one for you.

Edited: I have been working at Evolve part-time for close to 3 years now. Still the best job for me as a parent at the moment. I can choose my own days and hours and they will match it to the best of their ability. Plus it pays weekly! I enjoy working at the wide variety of venues and events. All the staff are very friendly and efficient - a pleasure to work with them all, especially Natalya, Gabriel, Sarah, Mollie and Claudia

I've been working for this agency since the start of July 2018 and throughout that time, they've managed to offer a steady amount of work almost every single week, with the exception of times where events just wouldn't occur. The staff has always been friendly and understanding, and as long as you show up to your shifts on time and work hard, you will get more work. From the application process to starting work, it all happened so fast with no filler in between.

I have worked for Evolve eversince September 2018, They are an outstanding company who put their staff first, I have a great relationship with Evolve office members namely Naratip, Shaunagh and Rory. I would like to share my experience, of dealing with Evolve. I run a small catering company and had booked 3 staff from Evolve to help run a Funeral we were catering for 150 people. Evolve thought it ok at midday on the day of the funeral to e-mail me that one of the staff had cancelled.
As any one involved in outside catering will know an e-mail does not cut it. A phone call would have enabled us to deal with the issue. At 2.15 only one of the staff we had booked had turned up. I've been working at evolve part time for almost two years now! All the staff in the office, and the staff who work with me are super friendly and nice, they always listen to my shift requests and work around my schedule. This is the perfect job for me as a student, I always get paid on time (every friday) & meet some absolutely amazing people ! I get to work at some really fun places/events too :)
