Was approached by a recruiter (Charlotte) about an open position I was suited for via LinkedIn. Replied to say I was interested, but just finishing up maternity leave. She never replied after that.
I found the experience quite disappointing and rude. I would expect if approaching a candidate, and they respond, whether suitable or not they at least deserve a polite reply.

Great work experience there with good banter and fun stuff to do - really going against work experience's dodgy reputation. Staff clearly loved their jobs and their customers loved the work they were doing! They were very helpful when I did my Business Controlled Assessment on them, even though they are very busy people. Cheers team RedCat!

I worked at Redcat for just over a year, and I can it was easily the most exciting and enjoyable atmosphere i have ever been involved in. Filled with great people with great personalities.
