I've been a very satisfied customer of Elite for a couple of years now and have always been impressed by their quality of workmanship, customer care and willingness to 'go the extra mile'. If you need the use of a courtesy car they are always less than 12 months old.
These days car repair and servicing costs, if carried out properly, can be expensive but I have found Elite to be good value for money and they are utterly professional from quotation to handover of the repaired vehicle.They were very patient with me having to wait for a convenient date to book my van in as it was in use & difficult to arrange.

I'd like to say a big thank you to Wayne and Karen at elite body shop for sorting out my car after the horrendous way my car was left after going to Pete Hammond at paint-tec in Northampton .
It's hard to explain just how bad the paintwork was, Pete painted the whole car ( without my consent or the company that had my car doing the modifications, DW Performance ) the wrong colour and to top it off, not one panel was undamaged...... there was particles in the paintwork, runs, burn marks, overspray everywhere and every rubber around the windows were damaged by a machine polisher, it was shocking

My Porsche Cayenne has been with Elite for 4 months (after just one week on the road) and currently is still there. It was a new model Coupe that I expected maybe off the road for 8/10 weeks due to parts difficulties. It is still there 4 months later. There have been endless excuses/reasons given but most importantly the customer service/feedback has been terrible and every week or so another excuse. Numerous requests for callbacks have resulted in no call backs at all. Requests to speak to a director are equally ignored. Ella on the switchboard tries to be helpful but is very apologetic. Porsche

The repair was pretty straight forward in that the bumper was damaged. However the bumper really needed replacing and this was pointed out but I was convinced a heat gun would bring the bumper back in to shape and then painted. This worked initially but now I have a misaligned bumper again and paint peeling. But hey ho live and learn!

Cons...extremely unprofessional and substandard work. No respect at all about customers. Have been sitting on my car for past 2.5 months. Overcharging the insurance with repairs which are not required..check with your insurance company if the car of a certain such as Porsche is going to this garage. Let’s make sure it doesn’t and put them out of business for good.

Beware
Just had a dreadful experience with Elite Motor Bodyshops Ltd that I wanted to make everyone aware of as these are the Silverstone OPC repair Centre.
I took my recently acquired 2015, 981 Boxster in for some scuff and paint repair to the front and rear bumpers. The work took 7 days rather than the original quoted 5, but when I washed the car the following weekend I noticed a repair to the front headlight. Evidently the corner had been broken off and glued back on! I contacted the Workshop Manger, Wayne and informed him of my findings, only to be told that the damage was on the car when

Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review for Elite Motors Bodyshop Ltd.
1. The bodyshop used their own transportation to collect the car after an incident. In doing so, they did not secure the vehicle on the flat bed appropriately and damaged all four wheels.
Having seen other vehicles on their transporter, this appears to be standard for them.
A senior accident repair engineer was able to identify the issue immediately upon reviewing pictures of the wheels, showing symmetrical damage on all four. Having seen their transport methodology, this only confirmed his statement; also affirming that
