My car was recovered swiftly on a Saturday. The damage was quickly assessed and repairs authorized. I was in regular contact with the VDA Ellis throughout the whole process who was courteous and professional. All panels and many parts were quickly sourced from Audi with no issues. Faultless and professional service!
I sent my car in for alloy referb and to repair a scuff on the front bumper. The customer facing team were transparent when completing the initial quote, as well as keeping me up to date on progress via the activity Dashboard during the workshop / repair phase.
The car was well presented and delivered on time.

My daughter recently had an accident (not her fault) and having used Castle previously, and therefore knowing the quality of their service, recommended that she request she chose them as her preferred repairer. They arranged,, and promptly recovered her vehicle, and dealt with her insurers on her behalf, and despite her insurers trying to bully her into accepting one of their own approved repairers, she exercised her right to choose a repairer of her choice.
