The presentation boxes and inner acid free tissues are a very nice touch.
Before the purchase Joan kindly talked me through the chain’s sizes so that I knew if they would fit through the bales of the pendants I had.
The Torcion chains are really beautiful.
I have seen and felt the classic rope chains many times, but this is the first time experiencing a Torcion.

Just received my package today from Booth and Booth which I ordered online. One word to sum up my feelings - “Wow”. Beautiful and quality jewellery, I bought a peridot bracelet from Joan, plus some earrings, she phoned me almost immediately to say she had sent the wrong bracelet to the wrong address, but I was sent a returns envelope with postage to send the wrong bracelet back, which I did, and I love my earrings and bracelet, they go very well with my green eyes, ;) and, once the bracelet is fastened, it is loose enough to slip on or off your wrist without having to fiddle with the catch but it won't fall off. Yes, definitely 5 stars from me.
