We are happy to work from full CAD Drawings to sketches, samples - reverse engineering or consultations between yourselves and our engineers. We can help with the choice of materials used to suit your design & suggest alternative options to prevent difficulties in manufacture resulting in un-necessary costs.
All inspection equipment is calibrated to N.A.M.A.S standard & checked every 3 months as routine, and as required before inspection of component is carried out. At FPE we have a range of ultrasonic cleaning baths & Drying cabinets to clean those components that have to be oil and dirt free on delivery.
At FPE we are involved in the design & manufacture including all testing of automated function test stations for electrical current reading equipment up to the electronic & computer control stage. Also we design & manufacture small to medium size jigs & fixtures to aid in the assembly of production line manufacture.
We have used Forward Precision Engineering Ltd for all our engineering requirements for the last 5 years and are happy to be able to recommend their work.
