Vibratory bowl feeders can sort, orientate and filter your product. They are excellent at turning a box of product into an oriented stream for production or packaging lines. Podmores have developed a range of centrifugal bowl feeders. Fast and quiet in operation the centrifugal bowl feeder can also be tooled to allow specific product orientation and ensure production efficiency is maximised.
Podmores are well known for providing customised solutions to parts handling & orientation problems. We provide a wide range of vibratory bowl feeder drive bases together with un-tooled or specifically tailor-made bowl tops covers almost every industry. Special outlets and escapement mechanisms allow even the most challenging components to be orientated and delivered at the right rate and in the correct orientation to meet your requirements.
Similar to our range of vibratory bowl feeders, centrifugal bowl feeders operate in tougher conditions and with products normally considered unsuitable for bowl feeding. Great for greasy or oil coated products, our centrifugal bowl feeders operate by moving all of the product to the outside of the bowl drum where they are orientated using a variety of mechanical tooling to deliver a high speed and accurate output.
Our lightweight conical bowl feeders are anything but under performers. Suitable for ultra-high speed operation with products of all shapes and sizes you will benefit from increased performance, quieter operation and the support that comes as standard with a Podmores machine. Whilst bowl tops can normally accomodate a variety of different types of product, sometimes they can't.
