We will troubleshoot and repair any of your hardware currently not working properly, and provide replacements if necessary. We can also reconfigure any software that appears to be "misbehaving".
This program will allow us to communicate with you and conduct remote support. The connection is safe and totally secure. You can end the session at any time and we can only re-connect with your express permission. Please note: - the cost of a remote session will depend on how long we are actively working on your computer.
This service is offered to all our clients on our support plan. Through our telephone support we will work to resolve an incident, with the client over the phone. Experts Computer Telephone Support Services enables your staff to report IT problems for us to resolve as fast and efficient as possible.
This service includes an antivirus scan and malware check. Your computer will be cleared, and we will give you advice on any upgrades to keep your computer running smoothly. We can recover deleted or lost files and transfer them to an new hard drive, CD or DVD (The cost of the new hard drive or other media is not included).
Experts Computer Services works with all major brands of laptops and notebooks including Acer, Asus, Apple, Compaq, Dell, Fujitsu Siemens, HP, LG, Panasonic, Packard Bell, Samsung, Sony and Toshiba. Carl got a professional job done in a shorter space of time than I would have liked to give him . My laptop is now working perfectly

I have used Experts Computer Services for many years now and can testify that Carl is a pleasure to work with. His ability to resolve issues, both on site and remotely, is such that down time is kept to a minimum, which when your business is computer reliant, is very important.

We have appointed Carl as our IT provider this year and having recently moved offices, Carl was instrumental in the smooth transition of this move. My experience with Experts Computer Services was excellent. Carl was courteous, friendly and professional. My computer was very slow and I had problems with Skype. Now it seems like a brand new computer. The speed is exceptional and I no longer feel like throwing it out of the window. Thank you Carl!
