At Transformation Personal Training we make it all about our clients. Personal Training is not just about having someone standing counting your reps, it's about having someone guide you through your entire journey. We understand difficulties people face when trying to achieve their fitness goals, time, finances or simply lack of motivation.
Group and partner personal training splits the cost of training and makes it more affordable to more people. Group PT is aimed at a maximum of 2-6 people working together; this is because any more than six and it loses the 'Personal Training' feeling and becomes more of a class atmosphere with less individual attention to each client which is not what you pay for.
Body Pound is a 60 minute full body workout of high repetition resistance training using a barbell. The workout is non-impact and as you are using a barbell the weights are adjustable to suit each individual. If you want to lose weight and ultimately change your body shape then this is the class for you.
This program consists of 12 weeks of your dedication, the way this program is designed you will be able to go back to the start of the program and repeat it again. It will show you how to get in shape through an easier approach and less complicated, also there will be times when it is intense all the workouts will complement each phase.
