It’s 50/50. Lack of communication causes issues. Tenants not knowing vital information. 50/50 with friendliness. You get nice emails and you get rude emails. Staff need training on how to handle conflict when a tenant is unhappy with the services they’re being provided with; and not to get snotty over email or phone. I’d say very unprofessional.
