Services
We pride ourselves on our unrivalled local knowledge, although very much a family firm we are a household name in Gloucester. Many of our staff have been employed by us for more than 20 years and our old fashioned principles enable us to provide a professional and friendly service which is unusual in the Estate Agency world.
Traditionally you may recognise our famous "Sold It!" and "Let It!" boards, which have graced the streets of Gloucester for many years. Despite the slightly more modern styling, we have carried this through to the 21st Century. We have always tried to stay ahead of the competition and in fact we were the first estate agent to have a website.
From time to time we will send you information about properties that we feel may be of interest to you and/or provide you with information about our valuation services. If you would like to receive information from us, please indicate this by selecting the appropriate box(es) below:. They were so professional and so prompt with their communication.

What can I say that hasn't already been summed up by the other reviews.
We started out with the Quedgeley branch due to a local buyer and then moved to his branch as this was how our new buyer came to us. The guys in Abbeymead were great. From the off Giles had everything handled and helped us keep things moving with our new buyer.
From there Chloe & Tony got us over the finish line, keeping in regular contact and making sure we were involved every step of the way. We are almost there and so glad we used Michael Tucks.

The team at Michael Tuck did a great job in selling our house, right from the valuation with Andy, to the viewings with Chloe and to Tony pushing the sale through. Michael Tuck were always very responsive to calls and emails, which really helped to give us confidence that things were progressing.
Tony did a brilliant job coordinating through the different parties involved with our house sale, really helping to keep things moving and get them over the line.
We would highly recommend Michael Tuck for any property transaction.

I was recommended Michael tuck by a friend, thank you friend! I would like to say a big thank you and well done to the team who are very friendly, helpful and have taken the strain out of what was a fairly long house sale. Special thanks go to Chloe and Tony for their positivity and Chloe thank you for your good humour which lifted me during the long process!
I would highly recommend them for a first class service

I never leave reviews but.. I left both an email (as soon as a property was listed in the evening as I knew they'd be closed) as well as rang multiple times the next day and left a voice message enquiring about the property. My friend also rang separately, who is property searching with myself (also left messages) when she finally got through to someone another day later (who needs to improve their telephone manner) they said the property was fully booked for viewings. And yet they haven't even bothered to return a call or email to me to let me know myself know. This is common courtesy and needs

After speaking with a few local estate agents and being presented with varying valuations and fees I became confused as I wanted to reach the maximum price for my property but at the same time I needed the procees to be as quick as possible. A work colleague recommended I speak to Michael Tuck Estate Agents in Abbeymead. I went into the branch and was made to feel immediatly comfortable and relaxed by John who greeted me and started to share his vast experience of how I could realistically achieve what I needed to. 9 weeks later with full support and communication along the way ( sorry for the

Summary
"giving used car sales men a good name"
We used Michael Tuck in Gloucester to buy a house on the market with the Abbeymead branch (it's so easy to forget in these modern times this might confuse a business). I have little gripe with Gloucester office (they were just mildly ineffective) but the Abbeymead lot were worse than useless.
- Minimum effort and interest (they did do the bare minimum but nothing more) there was no sense we were getting a quality service
