Michael qualified in 1974 and gained wide experience in the office of the District Valuer and Valuation Officer now The Valuation Office Agency. He then moved to the private sector becoming a partner of a multi-disciplined practice before setting up a consultancy practice of his own. Michael has experience in providing valuations of landed property - residential, commercial and industrial - for most purposes.
His clients have included Public Authorities, Local and County Councils, small and large companies and individuals.
