Started well, girls on the phone were nice and helpful. Vans usually good. Unfortunately let down by 1 male staff member on the phone. Seemed disinterested in the call and not willing to help, clearly in a grump. Barely knew the basics of being polite and customer service. Will never use again.

Another vote for Laser. Borrowed a 7.5 ton van over a weekend then a lwb for a week to move a heap of stuff north. Unlike other local companies, the staff were friendly and efficient and there were no mileage charges. The vans themselves were great. Highly recommended.

Easy, no fuss van rental. Divers licence + a bill with address on it was all I needed to pick up the van. A five min check and I was off. Had a full day of moving and returned the van with the same quarter tank I picked it up with and had no issues.
Really easy to recommend these guys and I'd definitely use them again.
