Very professional & friendly customer service, first time using this company and certainly will use it again. After having a horrible experience at practical van hire in Slough, Cole hire really puts that filthy place to shame. I would recommend anyone looking for a van that wants the best service to come here and get one. Even if that’s a few miles from where you live. You will not be disappointed.

I was able to get a van here at very short notice after trying several better known (and more expensive) companies. The van was hired for a house move - There were no tail lift Lutons available anywhere at such short notice but in the end the side door on the mid-sized high-top van I hired here was perhaps the more useful feature. I used a sturdy board as ramp and bought a £40 sack trolley from Screwfix to shift and load the heavier items; money well spent - buy or rent one if you value your back!

First time using Cole Hire and found the whole process really easy and hassle-free. Booking on-line was simple and collection was made really easy by Kesh. The vehicle was virtually new and thoroughly clean inside and out. Got the van back just at closing time but kesh was there to take it back. I even forgot to take my drinks bottle from the cab and he was about to phone me the next day to remind me. Great service and won't hesitate to use them again. Fully recommend using these guys.

Recently used Cole Hire twice, once for a Luton van and the other for Ford LWB. Both times Kesh was very helpful and accommodating. The business is ideally located on the A4 next to Osterely Station. When i hired the second time the Luton van wasn't available, Kesh suggested the LWB and helped me out by providing a trolly. This helped me the heavy items. Even with the recent fuel problems, he made sure there was plenty of Diesel in the van. Would definitely use Cole hire again
