To provide children with challenging and enjoyable experiences, whilst offering affordable excellence. Valuing children, parents and teachers is at the centre of our philosophy. The Government lays down minimum staff/child ratios according to children's age. We staff the nursery to ensure we exceed these ratios.
Auralern Academy of Childcare Professionals Nationally Recognised Childcare Qualifications. Our Academy is made up of highly trained staff with over 35 years' experience in teaching and assessing students. Students are allocated a personal tutor, assessor and mentor throughout their period of study with us.
The nursery prepared him very well for school. He settled in quickly and formed friends and I could hear him talking about the 'rules' they discussed at nursery, in terms of being nice to each other. I am really impressed with this nursery, the way they included us in my grandson's learning and gave us opportunities to join in activities was very exciting.

We sent our daughter to Happy Tree and the experience was good at the beginning. However towards the end, the standard has dropped. We noticed also that a few key team members have left and there is a high staff turnover. On two occasions, there were no mid term review and also final term progress review. I was asked to sign a document on the child's progress without explanation on how our daughter was doing. There were also issues with the app that they were using, its not always updated and sometimes refreshed on the next day. In the end, it was rather disappointing and I am glad that we finished

My son was here a few years ago it was a horrifying experience - extremely poor hygiene with children drinking out of dirty cups as the clean basket had no cups not that a two year old would really know which basket to go to as I noticed with my son. Kept out in freezing cold without coat or jumper. Poor performance.

Had been recommended to this nursery by some other parents that have had their children go through from start to finish here. After trying 3 of my children in different nursery’s over the last 7 years, I can say with an honest heart, I have never felt so at ease leaving them, knowing they are being cared for and every member of staff there treats each child with their own understanding and respect, that they would want to be treated themselves. They really are more like family. Keep up the good work everyone and look forward to a few more years with you all.

The Staff are all Friendly and professional at all times , I am very impressed With this Nursery and would definitely recommend to all parents for various reasons . Main purpose, my child is very Happy , safe and learning . The atmosphere is grate when you go in , children playing and lots of activities , Football , dancing which my boy enjoys , many more . My boy settled in no time and with no issues , I love how they keep you informed of child’s learning and work together to benefit the child needs also provide you with information Online found interesting subjects which parents can benefit
