The Magic Steps Nursery is a popular children's nursery in West Drayton that provides superior childcare for children between 3 months to 5 years of age. Services
At Magic Steps Nursery we believe children need to be challenged and encouraged to take risks to unlock their learning, in a framework of security and safety. As such, we aim to provide a high quality, play-based experience in an ecologically friendly, well designed, well organised, integrated indoor and outdoor environment.
The Magic Steps Nursery building has been specifically designed to care for the children over two floors, where every child's learning will take place through play in a natural, child centred, loving environment. Our professional staff will expertly and innovatively offer unique experiences and activities, nurturing each child's own uniqueness and individuality through the recognition and celebration of equality and diversity.
The Magic Steps Nursery understands that choosing the right people to look after your child is vitally important and our management team leaves nothing to chance. All of our staff have been recruited in accordance with our Safer Recruitment Policy. A Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check is completed prior to employment and performed again at regular three-year intervals.
Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills. They are an independent, impartial body who inspect and regulate all nurseries throughout the UK to ensure consistency of standards. They look to ensure children's needs are being met, and focus on the progress children make in their learning and development.
Magic Steps Nursery is constantly trying to improve our service and care for your children. We operate an open door policy and parents/carers are invited to talk to staff, including nursery managers, at any time about issues or concerns you may have. A comment/suggestion box at our nursery, which offers an ideal opportunity to provide feedback or suggest ideas about care.

Excellent nursery, polite , nice communication , I been see any another’s nursery in Hayes but I was not like when I come see this nursery I was liked very much and have nice staff speaking to parents, nice and clean , I highly recommend this nursery . From Monica and Harman 🤗😘

My son attended Magic Steps for 3 and a half years until we sadly left the area. The nursery is a bar above the rest and the staff almost became part of our family. Staff were always friendly, professional and always put the children first. If ever there was an issue, it was sorted out quickly and there were never reaccurences. I can honestly say that another nursery will have some pretty big shoes to fill for my next child!

Magic steps was the best thing that happened to son. It's a clean, well maintained environment with very helpful staff. For over two years my son did consistently enjoy his time, learn very positive attitudes and he now owns a wide set of expressions and concepts that will definitely put him at the front foot into Reception class this September. Can not recommend any nursery other that the Magic Steps this side of town.
