In 1989 I was posted to Saudi Arabia and overnight I became an 'accidental landlord'. Over the next 20+ years I used the services of numerous letting agents and was to experience only pockets of excellence in a sea of mediocre customer service. Some time later I returned on leave from Saudi Arabia to find my home had been trashed.

I can't even put into words how blessed I feel to have found this estate agent. I tried to find a new home in Glastonbury with all the other estate agents in the area before finding Jungle property. As a tenant, for nearly 2 years, in a property managed by Jungle Property I cannot praise Tom and Charlie Morgan of Jungle Property enough. They provide a totally professional, but personal, service that is streets ahead of other rental agents that I have encountered (both as a tenant and a landlord). Any problems with the property were easily reported and quickly resolved using a most effective web site, with good clear feedback and progress reports being promptly posted.
