Services
We offer a full packaging design and origination service tailored to the requirements of printing on to flexible packaging. The two methods of large volume printing used are Flexographic and Rotogravure. Modern computerised engraving technology has reduced Rotogravure printing turnaround times and costs substantially so it now offers a viable alternative to Flexographic printing.
With a large array of the latest packaging technology blown film extrusion lines, we can extrude tubular film up to 16 metres in diameter. All our films are produced internally to guarantee both the quality and complete control over the production process. Co-extrusion from three layers up to seven layers is available, enabling us to provide films with excellent barrier properties.
From recycling questions to general queries, you can narrow your search using our category filters. No, unfortunately not, many papers, have plastic coatings to protect the product inside, which makes them not recyclable or compostable. Compostable is not the same as recyclable, recyclable is when you can recycle a product back into to itself or another product.
In an ideal world, packaging would be produced from materials and manufacturing processes that would not contaminate the environment. With that goal in mind, our focus is on supplying packaging that has been engineered to minimise and ultimately to achieve a net-zero contamination.
Contamination is not just about what happens with the packaging after use, it is also about what materials are used to produce the packaging, and the amount of energy and natural resources that are required to produce the packaging in the first place.Flexible packaging offers clear advantages over other formats, such as cardboard boxes, glass jars and bottles, and rigid plastic containers.

Our strong, durable laminates have been designed to be versatile enough, to reduce the physical material needed to hold goods by up to 70% compared to rigid packaging.
