If the warehouse is full contact the companies to stop delivering till its under control instead of making drivers sit around for 4hr delays especially on a Friday we all hate being messed around by companies who haven't got there stuff in order. Don't sit in your warm offices get out on the floor and see what's really going on.

Constant calling - I ordered off them a couple of times. Sine then Im constantly getting cold calling sales calls. I have explained my requirements are very small and I will contact them when I need anything but they have called me 4 times in 2 days. Plus emailed me. As a result I will never buy from them again.

Packaging could have been better. My order arrived with rips and damage due to poor packaging. Boxes ordered had also been assembled very poorly, when you fold the box together it doesn't match up well so there are holes in the corners and the box is crooked if sealed. Just poor attention to detail and rushed work.

Ordered 4 bag neck sealing machines. When they arrived we tested one and found it to be very poor. It did not work every time, often resulting in us having to cut the tape with a blade, untangle it and start again. Not the time saving piece of equipment we had hoped for.
I contacted Kite sending the pictures and videos of the problem. They replied advising us how to use it - including reference to a video on their site - we were using it in just the same way and it was still not working consistently. After much back and forth I decided to return the machines.
