Blush Ely is a family run bridal boutique in a picturesque village just outside of Ely. Fronted by Sarah with support from daughter Alice. Blush Ely offers a luxury, relaxed and pampered experience. We focus on the wellbeing and happiness of our brides and their tribes. We house an amazing selection of hand picked fashion forward dresses by established designers.

Prior to opening Blush in 2018, I had worked for what felt like a lifetime in the events industry, organising and creating wonderful experiences on a range of scales. The diversity of my career meant that I have been lucky enough to harbour some amazing experiences, however it is always been how I make people feel that is of the most value to me.

What can I say about Blush Ely, other than AMAZING. Although I only had 14 weeks until my wedding day there was still a huge amount of choice and I really appreciated Sarah's honesty when I asked for advice. Sarah and her seamstress went above and beyond and managed to do my first and second fitting only 3 days apart.
Buying your wedding dress is a magical day, but we realise that as well as exciting, sometimes it can seem a bit daunting! We want you to feel comfortable and at home in our boutique, so we have put together some popular questions that you might find helpful in preparing for your appointment. Whilst if you feel ready it is never too early, we suggest at least 12 months before your wedding.

My favourite bridal shop ever!
Not only is Sarah’s shop stunning, with superb little touches throughout and some of the most beautiful stock imaginable, but she also nails every single personal touch in the customer experience along the way. Everyone should visit Blush!
I first saw my dress on Instagram and I am the type of person that just knows in an instant if something is what I am looking for and I knew it would be perfect! So, I messaged the Instagram page and Sarah got straight back to me to let me know when it would come in (it was a new design being announced for Enzoani at the time

I cannot begin to recommend Blush highly enough. Sarah has an amazing array of beautiful dresses - I feel as if I tried on nearly every one! - and makes sure that the whole experience is an enjoyable one.
Although exciting, wedding dress shopping can also feel a little daunting, but Sarah really puts you at your ease, listens to you carefully and gives excellent support and advice. At no point do you feel pressured to purchase and Sarah is really patient even with the most indecisive of brides!

Although I did not find my dress through Blush, I cannot fault their service. Not only was the communication brilliant, they have a stunning shop and made you feel at ease when visiting! I am almost sorry that I didn’t find my dress there but I would highly recommend to anyone dress shopping! Thank you ladies

Blush was the first bridal shop I visited & the dress I wore on the 'big day' was the second dress I tried on. A perfect, personal experience - the whole bridal party was treated like royalty for a couple of hours! I was so nervous about dress shopping - when I started looking, I decided that I wanted to lose weight. Sarah was really helpful & also really honest with me about what I should do in this situation. I ended up with a dress that fit me perfectly even thought I lost 3 stone after my first dress fitting. Sarah is friendly, helpful & an expert in her field. You can trust that your needs

Blush Ely is absolutely fantastic, they made me and my group all feel totally welcome and at ease - we were the only people in the shop and were able to feel relaxed and welcome with glasses of fizz and both beautiful and comfy sofas! I felt entirely comfortable whilst trying dresses on and the help and advice I received was really helpful and impartial. There was no pressure to buy anything and if it was down to service alone I would have chosen a dress from Blush - only reason for not was as I decided on a more niche/alternative style!

Sarah made my experience absolutely amazing. We thought we had found “the dress” mid way through my appointment but luckily she prompted us to keep going and in the end she chose the perfect dress for me- it wasn’t even in my line up of choices, she just listened to my comments throughout and said “just try this” at the very end and it turned out to be my dream dress!
I cannot recommend Blush enough! It’s such a beautiful boutique with a lovely feel. I hope the next 6 months fly by just so I can go back to try on my beautiful dress and of course, see the lovely Sarah! xx
