A brilliant bike shop and coffee stop. No room for the cycling " Elite" here. Performance cycles cater for ALL cyclists equally. Scott is the best bike mechanic in UK and thats official. Andy the boss will put you in tge right direction . The coffee is great as well

Got a flat riding out nearby, didn't have the kit to sort myself, these guys had me back on the road in a jiffy.

We went to the yeti launch party and had a great time meeting the mechanics and builders. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable about all products.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and use genuine Shimano parts and reasonable labour costs. Highly recommend them and Levi is very helpful and keen.

Exceptional team. Amazing coffee. I am a complete novice but Andy and his team made me feel completely part of the biking fraternity... The bike feels so much better after an hour of specialist knowledge.. lovely bunch with anything fixable attitude!!

Just had my Bianchi serviced by Performance cycles, had di2 issues that two bike shops in Swindon could not rectify, returned feeling like a brand new bike (4 year old) top top job Thank you, they rebuilt the bike 2 years ago after a crash with a car, again fantastic job, would definitely recommend, Thanks again guys👍👍👍

They say “get what you pay for” and that can’t be more true with Performance Cycles. Sure, one could go save a few pennies at a discount or chain store but Andy and Scott are amazing at what they do and will go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right (even if the issue was self inflicted on a brand new, high end Orbea). Let’s be honest, the cycling community can be a bit pretentious with our fancy kits, colorful frames, and latest shifters. Whether you are a novice or pro, this shop treats you fair and with respect from start to finish. I’d highly recommend.

Great service and helpful staff. Kept me informed on the progress of the work being done. Will use again for any future work, and would recommend to anyone who needs cycle related advice.

Thank you Scott for sorting out my issue with my pedals- i completely rounded the bolt and Scott managed to get it out in a minute flat, no fuss!

I ordered 2 cycle helmets last Wednesday and they arrived yesterday, they would have arrived before if it hadn't been a bank holiday on Friday. Well Done Andy Kirk at Performance Cycles absolutely brilliant service. Thank you.👍

Very knowledgable mechanic and super nicer owner always has time for a chat and their coffee "Peloton Coffee" is always a must when I pop in. I have had 4 bikes from them over the years and will always be my goto bike shop in the UK. If your riding near Cirencester pop over and say hello they are nice guys and try the coffee worth the divert or better still plan your route past GL7 5HY at Poulton.
