Bill Bampton founded the company in 1993 in Furneux Pelham. Pelham Structures Ltd started out as a timber frame manufacturer, supplying developers and self-builders. We originally manufactured a combination of crop drying floors, cart lodges and outbuildings. Since then we have gone from strength to strength.
Our authentic, luxury properties are finished exquisitely and achieve very high energy-efficiency standards. They are both sustainable and stylish. We design and build luxury residential developments throughout Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Our premium properties are traditional in design yet can have all the contemporary luxuries required for modern living.
Since 1993 we have designed and manufactured premium timber frames. For our own new houses, for self-builders and for other property developers too. Our bespoke timber frames can suit any spec for any size or type of development. Each one is expertly created from softwood timber with feature oak at our own factory and because we use state-of-the-art technology accurately, precise results are achieved every time.

Pelham Structures Ltd are suppliers of developer-enabled self-build plots. We actively promote sites across the South East of England for self-build and custom homes.
In addition to our services as a property developer, planning consultant and house builder, we operate as a land promoter. Our pioneering approach has seen us establish a loyal and varied client list in the region surrounding our base in Clavering.
