Paul Davison and Laura Flynn had built up a following of regular clients on the Wirral and surrounding areas and in 2002 they decided to set up the firm Davison Flynn. The firm went from strength to strength and in 2005 merged with Boscoes solicitors when Anna Duke came on board as a partner.
The current firm of Davison Flynn Duke Solicitors LLP has served the local community for many years, striving for justice and an outcome that meets the clients expectations. They believe that justice should be available to all, not just those wealthy enough to afford it. All three partners have over 20 years experience in criminal law and have represented clients from the police station all the way through to the Court of Appeal.

We offer a wide range of services for both Landlords and Tenants at a low guaranteed fixed price. We have expertise in many areas of housing law and can advise you in relation to all aspects from tenancies to evictions. The Housing Act 2004 states that every landlord or letting agent that takes a deposit for an assured shorthold tenancy in England and Wales must join a tenancy deposit scheme.
Housing disrepair means a rented property that is in need of repair in order for it to be safe and suitable for tenants to live in. In a house where repairs or works are needed, if the landlord fails to carry out the work within a reasonable amount of time after the issues are reported by you, then this could be considered housing disrepair.

Anna Duke was a very unprofessional solicitor, she lost all my defence paperwork for court as a consequence I lost my case which resulted in a £100,000 fine and 12 month’s in prison, as she was very lax over everything, I returned to her office after my sentence, I ask her to retrieve my paperwork from Chamber’s as she knows the system I was met with anger and surprise as her only way to stop me was get a harassment order against me, I only want to challenge my conviction she lied to police and said I was abusive and sending her letter from prison.
If I was to give her sore I would give her
