I have used H&G on Licensing application under Licensing Act 2003 and found them to be very professional. Haworth and Gallagher was established in 1952 and for over 60 years we have provided a professional, personal and quality service. We are proud of our enthusiastic and highly qualified staff who go the extra mile for all clients.

By doing this we are able to properly understand your needs and support you throughout any matter.
Services
With offices in Birkenhead and Wallasey, it is highly regarded for its work across the Wirral and Merseyside, but also represents clients throughout the UK. Clients can contact or visit either office where they will swiftly be referred to the most relevant solicitor for their particular need.

During the past two decades, Senior Partner Anthony Nelson and his team have represented clients involved in some of the highest profile cases which have attracted significant media attention. The firm is extremely active within its local community, having raised tens of thousands of pounds over the years to support the work of schools and charities.
Bio: Anthony is our Senior Partner and is based at our Birkenhead office. He started with the firm in 1972 and became a Partner in 1985. Anthony understands that clients will often need to speak with him out of office hours or see him with short notice and will always accommodate clients who need to make an emergency appointment and provides his mobile telephone number to all his clients.
Haworth & Gallagher and particularly Senior Partner Anthony Nelson are recognised as among the best motoring lawyers in England and Wales. Anthony has a remarkable success rate for his clients and is passionate in defending their right to drive.

Anthony combines an in-depth knowledge of the technical flaws which are often found in evidence with an ability to understand and convey a client's need to keep their license for professional, domestic or family reasons.Anthony's work, in particular, defending motorists, has taken him all over the country and he is available to speak to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You may have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution through the post or been given a verbal Notice by a police officer. Depending on the speed at which you were travelling, you may be given the chance to attend a speed awareness course as an alternative to points on your license, a fixed penalty might be offered or, in more serious cases, you may find yourself having to appear in Court.
Driving without insurance is on the rise due to a number of reasons, but principally down to the current economic climate. The Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) tells police officers immediately if a car is uninsured and they have the right to seize a vehicle. The police can offer fixed penalties of 6 points and a 200 fine, while a Court will consider imposing 6-8 points.
