All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours. If you are looking to book for today please call the appropriate shop and one of our helpful, friendly masseuses will be happy to advise you of the latest availability. We are happy to accept walk-in appointments but these are subject to masseuse availability so would always recommend booking even if it is only a couple of hours in advance.
The word massage comes from the Arabic word 'Massa' meaning "to touch or feel". Massage involves working on the body in both a structured and unstructured way to aid relaxation and well-being. During all of our massages the masseuse will always check to ensure they are delivering the massage to your expectation and should you have any comments or wish to alter the massage in any way please do not hesitate to tell them.
All our masseuses are female and highly skilled in the art of massage and sensual massage, knowing how to unlock the secrets of the body and release built-up tension using their expert hands and warm essential oils. The majority of our masseuses originate from Asia mainly the Philippines where the culture is very much about serving and pleasing!
We understand first impressions count and want you to feel comfortable and relaxed while you are with us. To this end Elements Aldershot has been finished to a very high standard from the reception, to the massage rooms, to the bathing facilities. Most important of all are our massage rooms, the Red Room and the Blue Room, which are always kept at a comfortable, warm temperature.

Great massage for the last 2 visits. Had shoulder pain and after a excellent massage this improved. Both masseuses were polite, friendly and welcoming. The facilities are good and clean and the rooms warm and comfortable. Missed visiting over lockdown, but great to be able to visit again.

Called and booked and hour massage. Was able to be seen quickly.
Asked for a deep tissue massage was told they only offer Swedish massage. ( Their website offers 4 options ).
Arrived on time, was temperature checked, paid and asked to take a shower. Seeing as I had literally taken one between making the booking and driving there, I declined.
Room was stuffy and hot, blown air. Started getting hot.
Therapist arrived, same lady as took my booking and money. Began a weak and in all honesty a terrible massage. I have had numerous massages over the years, this was by far the worst.
