Jezz comes from a sporting background and has turned his hand to many different activities. Growing up, he played football and was a keen horse rider. He regularly plays football and badminton and has also partaken in sports such as kick boxing, archery, karate and snowboarding. Because of his involvement in so many sports, Jezz decided to complete his massage therapy course, as he had experienced firsthand the stress sport can put on the body.

Sports massage therapy aims to relieve stress, tension and tightness in the body, by manipulating soft tissue such as; muscles, tendons and ligaments. Sports massage is a deeper and more intense massage than your typical Swedish massage treatments. Sports massages, often referred to as deep tissue massage, has been adapted and modified over the many years, taking techniques from other treatment forms in order to perfect the formula.
Jezz saw me at short notice, provided a comfortable and professional environment and most importantly has helped an ongoing back issue no end! Jeremy is fantastic, he made me feel at ease about having a sports massage. I had a massage before doing a boxing match and I could feel the benefits instantly.
Appointments can be made available outside of opening hours by special request. Please note, clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their appointment. Clients will be asked to complete a short screening document at their first appointment. Equally, you can fill this out prior to your appointment here.
