You feel as though Hammond & Co. are on actually board with you as a business partner, rather than someone you see once a year to submit your accounts and then not hear from the rest of the time.
I find them easy to get in touch with for any general queries I have and they always reply in good time.
They are up to date and very knowledgeable with modern bookkeeping technologies/software and have helped me massively in setting up processes for the company I work for to streamline and automate my workload as much as possible, eliminating a lot of wasted time.

Bar far the most personable accountants I have ever used, running a business usually means you work very unsociable hours, I’ve personally called Steve from 6am to 7/8pm and had a response. Something which when your on site from 6/7am till 6/7pm is a true blessing. When I’ve spoken to Deon in accounts about various tasks his response is ‘I’ve already done it’ allowing myself to focus on my site work.
