We had worked with our previous Accountant for nearly 20 years & whilst we had no complaints with them Accounting Solutions just seem to make everything that little bit easier.
We dealt with Richard initially & are now being looked after by Holly & she really knows her stuff, everything is simply packaged up & then sent over for approval or signature which leaves you with time to spend on the business without the need to keep getting involved in the day to day financial aspects of the company.

Nothing but problem after problem with having this company as our Payroll Agent. Although the problems were easily resolved, they did not want anything to do with rectifying it or responding to emails so had a new payroll company take over with immediate effect.
Late payslips, despite sending payroll information two weeks prior... Pension upload information being late or wrong, and then making payslip errors for months!
Richard Boulter would promise to call back, no phone call received. Numerous emails sent asking for information or requesting to resolve, no response.
