I contacted Hannah, the property manager, following a break in to the building that happened because of the garage doors being left open for almost a week. Several high value bikes were stolen from the bike shelters. Hannah was adamant that Hallmark was not at fault and that it was an unfortunate incident even though this is the third time this has happened in the past year. Could not give 0 star otherwise i would. Terrible and awful company. Service not existent; they have been aware of a leak in the ceiling of my bedroom for 8 months and did not care at all. Hallmark has been managing my property for 2 years, through no choice of my own. Not only are their fees extortionate, their services are non-existent and their customer service is insulting. To be forced to part with such a large sum of money, and seeing zero return is challenging on the best of days, but for a company to make you, as a client, feel as if you are a burden is unacceptable.
