My sister and I have been raw feeding for 20+ years. Sadly over that time the quality from another supplier deteriorated. I am so happy we found The Easy Raw Dog Food Co. First delivery this week. The quality is outstanding and more than we could have wished for. They have been absolutely amazing (even though we drove them mad).
Customer service and communication is excellent, as is their product. Having had so many problems over the past couple of years it's such a relief to have found them. I am delighted to be able to endorse them and their product. We will definitely be placing a regular order. We have between us four large dogs, a Terrier and one Maine Coon, she's very fussy - typical cat.

It is fine to make the switch straight away - today in fact! However if you would rather introduce it slowly one meal a day that's fine too. Our Starter box is designed to provide you with everything you need and a step by step guide to help you along the way. We totally understand that changing your dog's diet is a big thing that usually causes a lot of stress and worry.
Staff shortages are affecting the whole of the food industry and we're sorry to say that we have had to suspend our free local delivery service. We are still able to offer a local collection service. Simply place your order in the usual way, choose the local collection delivery option and we'll let you know when you're food is made to arrange a time for you to pop over and collect it.
The way we make our meals allows us to adjust ingedients and quantities especially for your dog. We are currently in the process of placing the finishing touches to our new website which will allow you to construct the meal you need for your dog, bit by bit.

Just to avoid any confusion - we are not a shop - but we do offer collection for our local customers. If you'd like to collect an order from our kitchens please place an order first (online, by phone or email). We can then make arrangements for you to collect from it from us most weekdays between the 3pm and 5pm.
Our chicken raw dog food is made from locally farmed free range chickens which are grown to 81 days. This deepens the flavour of the meat and produces strong meaty bones. The chickens are reared using traditional organic methods and the highest standards of animal welfare.
They are fed an additive and antibiotic free diet with full access to green pastures and wild flower hedges, roaming freely, scratching around in the clover fields and at the bottom of trees and hedges.From these birds we make conveniently portioned balanced 80/10/10 meals, with veg options, tripe mix and also plain chicken mince for those that DIY.

We are new customers to The Easy Raw Dog Food Co, and we are very glad we have made the change. Our pooch had become a very picky eater, which was extremely frustrating.
Since we changed to The Easy Raw Dog Food Co Dewi has regained his interest in meals and happily eats as soon as his food is placed down for him. When he works out that Iām getting his meal ready he comes through and waits for me to finish. This is a drastic change and shows how us how much he is enjoying his meals now.

We have one very fussy Cavalier who sometimes goes days without eating if we present him with most commercial brands.
Since using this company he eats everything given no problem and is growing well.
There is plenty of choice and having the food in 100g portions is a big plus.
Having made amendments to my original order twice, Lynda was exceptionally fast in response and changed things around without fuss. Excellent communication and customer support.
There was excellent communication regarding delivery and everything was perfectly packaged and received as per communication.
