Our journey began in 2005, but the Simply Paving brand looked a lot different from how it is now. Back then, we were set to become a network of paving centres, with a website to supplement the offline offering. However, noticing the growing appetite for online retail in the sector, our founder, Philip Marshall, soon shifted the brand to a customer-focussed online-only retailer.

Abysmal service from Simply Paving and the delivery company they use. Avoid at all costs.
Response to Simply Paving....My partner ordered the cobble stones for our house. He took 2 days off work in total to be there for delivery but our order never showed up. Receptionist was less than helpful, so we cancelled the order and decided to go with a more reputable company. I am recommending the company we went with to all who admire our cobble stones but also warning them not to deal with Simply Paving . It would appear looking at most of the reviews on here and from our own experience that quite a

Failed to deliver when they said they would and this happened on two occasions. When paving did arrive, some were broken and others were inferior quality with thickness well below the specified 17-20mm. One was less than 10mm thick. They did replace these, but it took a further 2 weeks after reporting this. An email request for a refund instead of replacements was ignored and was only notified that replacements would be delivered on the day of delivery so had to cancel plans and wait in for yet another day.
