Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
On LeJog. Gears not working. Texted him and he said pop right round. Installed new cassette and chain in less than an hour. Great service from a true professional. Where else would you get service like that?! Just as an update, I completed LEJOG successfully!

Ian quoted me for a new chain for one of the two bikes I took in. Then when we went to pick the bikes up, he said it didn't actually need a new chain and the price was a fair bit less than the quote. That level of integrity isn't easy to find in this day and age. Speedy service at leas than I thought it would be, what's not to love about that?! 5 stars all the way.

This guy (Ian) is fantastic. Clearly knows his stuff and is happy to go the extra mile (cleaned my disc brakes amongst many other things which weren't asked of him).
Friendly, loads of good advice, quality and fast! (I made a call, dropped the bike off and picked it up pretty much within 24 hours).
Can't recommend The Cyle Mechanic highly enough (and already have).
Unlike someone else on here (and I'm terrible at directions), I managed to find this place the first time ;) and he answers the phone when you call.
Top marks pal.
