Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy places emphasis on where painful feelings and beliefs that a person has, particularly where painful emotions and maladaptive behaviour are sabotaging a full experience of life. In other words, Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy teaches people how to over come the past by focusing on the present.
I have a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree, a London College of Clinical Hypnosis Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBT).

I am a registered therapist with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and have been working successfully in private practice since 2007 using Cognitive Behavoural Hypnotherapy to help my clients overcome anxiety, depression, anger, guilt and a wide range of unhealthy habits.Everyone who comes to see me is unique and I approach my work from that perspective.

Apart from smoking cessation and our first session for any other treatment which lasts about 90 minutes, each session lasts for 60 minutes.
I run a comprehensive set of workshops and courses throughout the year covering many topics to help overcome anxiety & depression, stress management and good communication skills.
