Rebuilding and making safe the fire place with a new lintel and beading around it. Fitted limestone flag for base of fireplace and fitted fire surround. Plastered all the walls. New skirts and windowsil were fitted and primed & undercoated. Sealed the walls and painted ceiling, walls in the colour of our choice he also re fitted radiator.
