The smallest vans we have available for hire are the Vauxhall Combo and the All New Ford Transit Connect. These come in two different wheelbases; L1 & L2. We also have the Bmw 1 Series Hatchback 118i [1.5] M Sport 5dr [Nav] petrol models available too. All BMW 1 Series come with Satellite navigation as standard and the M Sport models all have Driver Convenience Pack and Heat Front Seats.

Poor customer services and constantly charging! First car was returned yet got email charging me for chip on Windscreen. On showing photos of car, they admitted they made mistake and it was their worker who collected the car that got the chip. Also had issue with them automatically paying 'Private Parking Invoices', from private land owners without first making contact with the hirer. They take directly from your debit card leaving absolutely no chance of appealing and getting money back. Tried explaining that it wasnt't even a local authority, parking fine or parking penalty, but

Dire customer service and rude managers who make threats to customers in email chains.
As a long term Apex customer, Apex have received considerable amounts of money from myself. I have always rented top of the range vehicles and paid my bills on time. A number of faulty vehicles the past month one of which a handbrake failed and while I was inside at home, the Ford Focus rolled into a fence (could of been a child). Apex showed no interest in the problem whatsoever and advised me I should take the issue up with ford as it is not their problem. They then demanded I pay them £350 for damage which

Hired a few times from Apex Car Rental in Eastbourne. Always had fantastic service. The vehicles are so new and lovely to drive and never had any issues with breakdown (unlike some which I have hired from!!!!). I cant fault them and never had any issues with them. Would recommend them to anyone that asked and my Mum uses them each time she comes home for the Summer and also has not had any issues. Thanks Apex for making it such a good experience.
