I have used the team at iChauffeur a number of times and it has always been service of the highest quality - The Range Rover is a personal favourite!

We've used I-Chauffeur a number of times now; during the Lockdown period, and with our immuno-compromised child. The additional care they took to look after us under these extreme conditions was so appreciated. Our driver, Filip, was extremely professional, and considerate with it. The car itself was spotless. Would definitely recommend the company, and use again.

First class service - from start to finish. The service from iChaffeur and in particular their driver, Simon, was fantastic. Beautiful vehicle (Range Rover Autobiography), immaculately clean, and Simon was very courteous, professional and a superb driver. Had he not diverted during our trip to the airport, we would have missed our flight. I have traveled extensively and this was the best chauffeur service I have ever used.

IChauffeur provided the cars for the bride and bridesmaids at our wedding in July 2017. They were a pleasure to deal with, prompt, courteous and professional in every regard. I recommend them without reservation.

Being told the price £350 for return journey. Got charged £420 from my bank card. Staff tried to hide the price is not included VAT even I asked her twice. Made complain and instead of saying sorry for telling wrong price, they blame me. oops, i can pay for full price if it was told honestly at the beginning. Bad company. Oh and the director said he believed his staff, and tried to accused me for trying to avoid the fare ( which i was not told despite asking 2 times).
Beware when dealing with their quotation.

My wife and I booked IChauffeur for a birthday treat for my mum. Andy and Alex in the office were extremely helpful in giving us the best possible experience and most importantly,taking the stress out of getting the occasion right, which they did perfectly.

Amazing service. My wife and I just finished up a three week trip to the UK. We used iChauffeur to transfer us from London Gatwick to London Heathrow. This was one of those trips that If it can go wrong it did. I left a suit at our hotel in London and they picked it up from the hotel prior to collecting us at Gatwick. This not only saved us nearly an hour in time but they charged us a minimal amount to collect the suit. The service didn't end there. On potentially the busiest night of the year for a chauffeur company they cancel on you on the morning of new year's eve because the driver can't make it. Hardly professional. Will never risk this company again. Thank you for spoiling the evening before it even began..

Horrible service driver was rude and inattentive on the phone while driving. Just get a uber luxe better service and cheaper. I will not use them again

The online booking was easy and efficient.
The chauffeur was on time, polite, and very accommodating. He offered mints, candies, water, changes of radio stations etc. Naturally he helped with our baggage and made small talk until such time as he realized that we were quite tired from our trip and were more interested in a quiet ride. Reading your customers is very important and he did a fine job.

The service we were charged for was awful from this company, we had a pick up from Euston Station and drop of to our hotel, with not knowing the area we hired a vehicle for 1 hour. After having to call the company to find our driver, he then lost where he had parked the vehicle and had us all over looking for it, he then took short cuts down back alleys and dropped us at the entrance 5 minutes later, when i requested he drive us around the local area to enjoy the car we had hired and paid for in full, he declined dropped our bags on the street and drove of
