Services
All our surveyors are fully qualified to a minimum P402 standard and all our surveys are produced following the HSG264 guidelines. We have pioneered the use of software in asbestos management with our Amosite web based system. This is a fully managed system allowing you to do what you do best and for us to manage your asbestos.
We will request an initial meeting at your site to discuss your requirements and how best to ensure you are compliant with the latest UK asbestos regulations. The way forward will generally involve either the upload of an existing survey (if fit for purpose) or the provision of a new Asbestos Management Survey.
The duty to manage is contained in regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. Take reasonable steps to find out if there are materials containing asbestos in non-domestic premises. Make, and keep up-to-date, a record of the location and condition of the asbestos-containing materials - or materials which are presumed to contain asbestos.
