The company was set up in 1970 by the late Royce W. Westcombe, who had a vision of enabling disabled men and women into work, and an unerring dedication to equip disabled workers with the skills and knowledge that would allow them to pursue careers in the wider economy.

Combined, the company boasts over 500 years' worth of collective engineering expertise, with our workers averaging 20 years of service with Westcombe Engineering. We are pleased to announce that we have achieved transition to the new BSI ISO 9001:2015 standard along with our next 3 years accreditation. We're very proud to have won the award for Manufacturer of the Year (under 25m) at the recent Made in the Central & East England Awards. As regional winners, we've been shortlisted for Insider's National Made in the UK awards.
