I recently bought a property through this agent. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and even once the property had sold they made sure to keep all parties updated and ensured that the sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. Very different from the service I received from the agents I sold my property with (Haart). If I ever sold in the future I would definitely use these agents.

Terrible company with no morals. Had my offer accepted on land they were selling, gave my solicitor details,instructed an architect only to have Tim who works there call me back asking if I can increase my offer as somebody had called in to put a higher offer then mine. Not sure how they knew my offer but now I’ve been gazumped as they said. Totally shameful and I would not recommend these guys to anyone.be aware.

I placed an offer for a property with this company after seeing it the same day as it going on the market and I offered towards the top end of the region. They then told me the vendors had more viewings booked in and they'd update me that Tuesday. I heard nothing so waited till Wednesday afternoon for an update. They then told me that there were further viewings on the Saturday and they would update me then. Saturday came and I was showing a friend the house and I saw that it was marked as sold. I then called the agents 5 times with no answer and left a voicemail asking for a return call. When

Ferris & Co were recommended to me by another Estate Agent I had used before, but who was in the process of retiring. Ferris impressed me from the outset. Friendly and responsive, I spoke to several of their staff, and found them very effective in combination as a team and unusually good at offering constructive suggestions about how to market the property. They were very quick to review it in person and get appealing pictures up on the internet. They communicated very effectively with me initially about brochure content, and then later were very timely in reporting their progress in booking viewings

Ferris and Co gave us an exceptionally good service in the recent sale of our home. Do not believe what Ferris & Co say in there particulars or tell you, I’m renting from them I was told that the landlord would be taking care of the garden it stated in the particulars “the garden would be maintained by the landlord” we would never of rented the property if we had to do the garden. We’ve ended up having to pay a gardener. The staff are not helpful they are rude and are back tracking on what they told us.
