KHP have a dedicated new homes office that specialises in the sale of new homes (either off plan or constructed) and supporting developers from the point of concept through to build. We have theexperience and the ability to cover the areas of West Malling, Maidstone and Tonbridge. Kings Hill is our particular specialism having been working with the developers here for the past 10 years.
We are proud to be actively involved in supporting our local communities. In Kings Hill we sponsor the local cricket, football and golf teams and we support primary school fund raising events. In the Paddock Wood area we like to support the annual carnival, the football team, primary school and community groups.
We're frequently asked which areas we cover and that's a difficult question to answer on the basis that we'll go wherever we're asked to (within reason!). We sell property throughout Kent but I would define our areas as covering Kings Hill, West Malling, Paddock Wood, Marden, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Snodland and all surrounding suburbs and villages.
KHP have just sold my house and can't believe how painless they have made the process. As a buyer of a new build property sold by KHP I found the team at the West Malling office fantastic. Responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with. A special mention must go to Georgia who was always so pleasant on the phone and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance with all my questions! Also, to Caroline who was informative, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend KHP WM without reservation.

As a manager of a London estate agent I appreciate not only the importance of great customer service but making sure other customers are aware of this so they make the best choice when choosing a local independent agent. I’m currently selling with the Snodland office and buying through the west malling office. Every step has been professional, responsive and 5 stars all the way.
They had my house on the market within 72 hours, had 5 viewings on day 2 and under offer for over asking price within another 24 hours!! Whilst this was going on they got me on to view our dream cottage in west malling

Caroline was absolutely brilliant! We couldn't have done it without her. She was great with her communication and daily update. Always on hand to answer my call and only kind enough to be on the case even on her day off! Sale progression service from her and also Georgia's help was exceptional!
