It was a great experience which can only come out of a genuine and professional attitude. On a fully booked day with many emergency patients, our practice compressor stopped working. No other company was available to help for at least 10 days. John at Eclipse was our savior that day! He investigated remotely and resolved the problem. As a result our service to our patients didn’t need to be disrupted.
This positive 5+ star attitude in problem solving was priceless and we are really thankful for this!

I recently decided to refurbish my surgery, with some new units, flooring and ceiling lights. I contacted 3 or 4 companies that I found on google, but the one that stood out head and shoulders from their first reply, was Eclipse. The whole process was handled very professionally from start to finish and once we agreed a date and time frame, they made it happen. I upgraded my cupboards to the "sedona" units, and have honestly never seen a more luxurious finish in any other surgery that I've ever worked in. We have had many dealings with Eclipse over the years and are a terrific company to deal with.
They put themselves out to help with emergency call outs, their engineers are always courteous, knowledgable and generally understand the workings of the most complex dental equipment.
They never leave a mess and work in a clean and tidy manner. They are a very professional outfit.

servicing of some of our equipment, which we were happy with. Chester and the team were then able to provide expert advice to design and fit the
